Please print off the Booking Form and send it to us together with your cheque.
Deposit - We require 25% of the Hire Charge immediately please to confirm your booking.
The Deposit regrettably is non-refundable .
Both telephone and email bookings will be regarded as provisional and held for 10 working days pending receipt of your deposit.
Bookings made a year in advance will be treated as provisional until we receive another enquiry for the same period - we will then ask you if you wish to confirm your booking together with the deposit.
Mode of Payment - We accept either £ Sterling or €Euro cheques.
Or you can pay online.
You don't need a PayPal account.
You can pay with your credit card.
Balance - The balance of the Hire Charge becomes due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. You will be invoiced 2 weeks before the balance is due.
Discounts - Guests returning for another holiday at Le Crucifix will be offered a 5% discount. Additionally, if a booking is made during your stay and confirmed with a deposit for a holiday the following year, the current year's tariff will be used.
Cancellations - In the eventuality of you cancelling your holiday we ask you to inform us immediately.
You are strongly advised to take out a Holiday Cancellation Insurance Policy as we are sure you do not wish to pay for a holiday you cannot take. Please insure!
Arrival & Departure - You may arrive anytime after 4pm onwards, this will ensure that Le Crucifix is thoroughly cleaned and tidy for your occupation.
We would like however, to receive a telephone call from you during the day to update or reconfirm your estimated time of arrival, in order that Mr Sewell will be at the Gite to welcome you!
On the day of departure we would like you to vacate the premisis no later than 10am, please. This will enable us to prepare Le Crucifix for the guests that follow.
Booking Periods - We operate a Saturday - Saturday Booking Period especially during July & August. We can be more flexible outside these two months.
The rate for incomplete weeks will be charged at 1/5 th of the weekly rate per day.
